Shipping Policy

This policy outlines handling, transit expectations, tracking updates, and carrier responsibilities for all shipped orders across our Domestic and International Vaults.

1. Vault Timelines and Transit

Our logistics network operates through two primary distribution pipelines based on product origin.

Domestic Vault items target a 3 to 7 business day delivery window after order processing.

International Vault items require extended logistics and target a 2 to 4 week delivery window.

2. Cost and Tax Calculation

Shipping fees and sales tax are calculated dynamically at checkout based on address, package characteristics, and applicable tax rules.

Final shipping charges are displayed before you complete payment. Please note that mixed-vault orders may arrive in separate shipments.

3. Third-Party Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through third-party logistics and supplier partners.

Tracking updates are provided via email as soon as carrier data becomes available to our platform.

4. Delivery Issues

If tracking indicates delivery but a package is missing, contact support promptly so we can coordinate with the carrier.

Address-entry errors or reroute requests after shipment may cause delays and additional charges.
